InReach / WT / TheRiver Webmail (Magic Mail)
Your webmail (Magic Mail) is a web based email client you can use to view/send email using your web browser. This allows you to view email without having to download the
messages to your computer and be able to access your email and address book anywhere. Magic Mail is used by Inreach.com, WT.net & TheRiver.com. Magic Mail is both a
webmail client as well as a spam filter.
Accessing Your Webmail:
To get to your webmail you can go to either of these sites.

To login, use your full email address and password. If you are having problems logging in check your browser settings and make sure that you are accepting
cookies for this site, and that you are allowing pop-ups.
Overview:
Folder List: List of your email folders. If you are using POP, the Inbox folder is the only viewable folder to your email client.
Message Index: The name may sound complex, but this is just the list of email messages that are in a particular folder.
Options: A short cut to the more common Options used.
Menu: Menu bar used to navigate the different options of Squirrelmail.
- Inbox - This icon takes you to your inbox.
- Compose - Make and send an email which may include attachments.
- Addresses - Holds a list of addresses that are contained in your personal address book.
- Folders - All folder manipulation takes place under this. You can delete, create, rename, subscribe, and unsubscribe folders.
- Options - Change settings of how SquirrelMail responds and looks.
Anti-Spam Settings
The recommend settings is "Normal Protection,(w/Quarantine)", but if you would like to increase the setting, you can pick "Strict" "Very Strict" and
"Extreame". All but the first setting will save questionable emails in the "Spam" folder in magic mail for your inspection. "Normal Protection", or first
setting will discard any email it believes is spam.
At the bottom is the Quick White/Blacklists, where you can add email address, domains, or certain "Subjects" to your White/Blacklists.
Anywhere in Magic Mail, if you need help you can click on the "?" anywhere in magic mail to access the help function.
FAQ
Email has the incorrect time in both Magic Mail and with my email client.
To resolve this issue, go to "Options", "Personal Information" and change the time zone under "time zone options" to the time zone that you are currently in. Click on
"Submit".
I am unable to see the size of my emails.
Too add the size go to "Options", "Index Order" and add "Size".
Where does the spam go that magic mail finds?
If your filtering choice saves spam it will be found in the spam folder. If not, then the spam filter discards the email.
What is a White/Black list?
A white list is a list of emails, or domains that you do not what the spam filter to filter regardless of content.
A black list is a list of emails, or domains that you want the spam filter to filter regardless of content.
Can I turn off the virus scanner?
For your and other customer's protection, the virus scanner is always on.
